• Our shipping rate for box frames is €10.00 in Ireland.

UK, Europe and Rest of the World

• Our standard international shipping rate on orders containing only flies is €5.00.
• Our international shipping rate for box frames is €15.00.

Delivery Period

All orders are usually ready to ship within 7 days and will be sent with An Post. Estimated delivery periods are:

• Ireland: Usually within 7-10 business days
• UK and EU: Usually within 14 business days
• Rest of the World: Usually within 21 business days.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
